We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment data is retained in tokenized form only; CCTV footage is typically overwritten within 30 days unless needed for investigations.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.
